TROY VERNON SUTTON

Mr. Sutton has diverse project experience ranging from small homeowner/contractor disputes to large civil industrial and commercial projects. In May 2007 he graduated from the Golden Gate University School of Law and continues to provide expert consulting services.

Professional Experience

Kutner-Ross Associates, Inc. (1999-Present)

Associate Consultant - Mr. Sutton has worked with Mr. Kutner on and off since 1986, and began providing full time construction consulting support services in 1999. Since that time Mr. Suttons responsibilities have expanded to include:

• Organization of documents for projects ranging from small, single-page residential decking contracts to large, 400,000 page file, public works projects.
• Review and analysis of project documents, including researching current legal interpretations of project specific contract issues.
• Evaluation of contractor's construction means & methods, scheduling sequences and operations.
• Drafting of preliminary opinions & conclusions for expert testimony.
• Preparation of construction claims.
• Development of presentation materials for mediation, arbitration or litigation, including charts, graphs, spreadsheets, claim "key issue" documentation databases, analysis summaries, photographic image enlargement & enhancement, and animated PowerPoint presentations.
• Drafting of preliminary Change Order, RFI, and Terms & Conditions provisions for incorporation into clients standard contract documents.
• Research, analysis, and drafting of preliminary DRB opinions on multi-million dollar public works projects.
• Development and maintenance of the Kutner-Ross.com website and internal computer network system.

Zing Networks, Inc. (2000-2001)

Senior Information Architect - Development and documentation of site functionality, navigation architecture scheme and data flow. Analysis and development of task models and usage scenarios. Project team management and scheduling during implementation of usability engineering.

SFSU College of Education (1999-2000)

Computer Technical Support Team management, scheduling, development and implementation of functionality and usability improvements to technology based instructional systems. Weekly instruction to professors in systems use. Technical support for the internal computer network.

Tecton Builders (1997-1999)

Carpenter - Assistant to general contractor in all phases of residential remodeling from foundation to finish work, including plumbing, electrical, tile, trim and painting.

Pixar Animation Studios (1996-1997)

Interactive Division / Short Films Division - Creative design, content development, digital audio editing and processing, team management, tools development, usability analysis, and product testing. Projects included:
