Sol Kutner is a management consultant actively involved in dispute

In 1981 Mr. Kutner founded Sol Kutner Associates, Inc. (SKA) which on January 1, 2006 became Kutner-Ross Associates(KRA). Mr. Kutner continues to provide
consulting services and seminars in construction management, contracts and
claims to owners, contractors, sureties and attorneys. Mr. Kutner's construction
consulting services include the resolution of engineering/construction disputes;
analysis of construction planning, scheduling, management and operations,
contract changes, delays, acceleration and impact claims in the assertion
or defense of claims; provide expert witness testimony relative to construction
industry practices, construction management, construction operations, contract
administration and interpretation.

As Executive
Consultant, Mr. Kutner provided analyses and resolution of engineering/construction
claims to all operating divisions, domestically and internationally.
As Manager of Contracts for Bechtel Power Corporation, he developed and implemented
Bechtel's corporate program for construction contract management, as well
as programs in contract administration and claims management.
Mr. Kutner was
Resident Engineer in charge of construction of several of the San Francisco/Oakland
BART subway contracts, valued today at over $600,000,000.
Jemko Construction Co., Inc. Queens, New York (1959 - 1967)
Principal owner of Heavy construction and commercial building contractor. Competitively
bid and contracted on lump sum basis for public works subway projects, sea walls,
underground utilities and private commercial work. Primarily responsible for
estimating, bidding, managing and field supervision of construction work.
Construction Superintendent, Field Engineer, Estimator (1949 - 1959)
Various Construction companies, New York City metropolitan area.
Craftsman on commercial and residential construction projects. Site construction field engineering, office engineering field supervision of labor
and construction operations including management, planning, scheduling, estimating,
